Shipping Policy

We Ship Daily
Wolf Brands orders are shipped twice daily. Orders placed between 9 AM and 3 PM go out at 3 PM that day, and orders placed between 3 PM and 9 AM go out the following day at 9 AM.
We Ship USPS Priority Mail
USPS Priority Mail is the simplest and most secure way for us to offer expedited shipping. Your items will ship unbranded in a bubble mailer or cardboard box. Delivery time is typically 1-3 Days. If your order does not arrive on time, please check your USPS tracking links and wait 7 Days before contacting customer support.
We provide USPS Tracking Links
You will receive an email containing a USPS tracking link once your order has shipped. You will be provided an estimated delivery date and be able to view the same information that we can using your tracking number.
We ship anywhere in the USA
All of our products are federally legal and can be easily shipped anywhere in the continental USA. We only recommend physical and commercial/business addresses. If you choose to ship to a P.O. Box, you may have to pick up your package from the Post Office desk if your shipment is deemed “physically too large” to fit inside of your P.O Box. You will see a “pick up” notification on your tracking.
It is your responsibility to enter information correctly
We ship orders to names and addresses as submitted by the customer and are not responsible for incorrect or misspelled information.
You must be 21+ and comply with your local laws
By entering and using our site you have already agreed that you are 21+. You must not ship Wolf Brands Products to anyone under 21. You are ultimately responsible for understanding and abiding by your local laws regarding the purchase and use of our products.
Return Policy
Apparel and other promotional items can be returned but consumable products can not. Contact info@wolf-brands.com with questions/concerns or to start the return process. If you have any other issues simply let us know and we will do our best to make it right!
