Age verification

- THC products require an adult (21+) signature on delivery, so the carrier may check your ID.

Marketing emails and texts
We send marketing only to people who sign up for it, and you can stop it at any time.
- Email. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. You can also email us to be removed.
- Text messages. We send marketing texts only if you give express consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
- Order messages. You will still receive receipts, shipping updates and other messages about your orders after you opt out of marketing.
We do not share your phone number or text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing.
Data retention and security
We keep order records, including age-verification results and delivery confirmations, for at least 18 months so we can resolve disputes and chargebacks. We keep records longer when tax, accounting or product-compliance rules require it.
- Account information is kept until you close your account or ask us to delete it.
- Marketing contact information is kept until you unsubscribe.
- Analytics data is kept according to the settings of our analytics provider.
Your privacy rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and we will respond within 45 days.
Depending on the state where you live, you may have the right to:

We may keep some information after a deletion request when the law requires it, such as order and tax records, or when we need it to resolve a dispute

Our website is for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21, and we do not sell to them. If we learn that we have information from someone under 21, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has given us information, please contact us.
