By using wolf-brands.com or buying from Wolf Brands, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.
These terms are an agreement between you and Wolf Brands LLC, doing business as Wolf Brands CBD (“Wolf Brands,” “we,” “us”). They apply to our website, online store, and wholesale and retail orders. Our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are part
of these terms.
Eligibility and age verification
- By using the site, you confirm that you are 21 or older and legally able to enter into this agreement.
- Every order must pass age verification through our provider, AgeChecker.net, before it is processed. You may be asked to provide a government-issued ID.
- THC products may require an adult (21+) signature on delivery.
- We will cancel and refund any order that fails age verification, and we may close any account we believe belongs to someone under 21.
- You may not buy products for anyone under 21 or resell retail purchases to anyone under 21.
Products and legal compliance
Wolf Brands sells hemp-derived cannabinoid products, including Delta 9 THC gummies, THCA flower and pre-rolls, CBD topicals, and branded merchandise. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws where you live.
- Lab testing. Each product batch is tested by an independent, accredited laboratory. Certificates ofAnalysis (COAs) are posted on our website.
- Local laws. Hemp and cannabinoid laws differ by state and city and change often. We do not ship to places where our products are prohibited, but you are responsible for confirming that the products you buy are legal where you receive and use them.
- Changes in law. We may stop selling, change or cancel orders for any product if a federal, state or local law change makes it unlawful to sell or ship.
- FDA disclaimer. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
- Health and safety. Consult a doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition. Do not drive or operate machinery after using THC products. Keep products away from children and pets.
- Drug testing. Our products contain THC or may contain trace amounts of THC, which can cause a positive drug test. Use them at your own risk.
- Product information. Product images and descriptions are for reference. Color, packaging and appearance may vary slightly between batches.
Orders, pricing and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. A sale is final only when we accept it by shipping the products.
- Right to refuse. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for failed age verification, a restricted shipping address, suspected fraud, stock limits or pricing errors. If we cancel after you pay, we refund you in full.
- Pricing. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. If a product is listed at the wrong price, we may cancel the order or contact you before shipping.
- Taxes. Applicable sales taxes are added at checkout.
- Payment. Payment is charged once, at checkout, through our payment processor. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
- No subscriptions. We do not offer subscriptions or automatic rebilling.
- Quantity limits. We may limit quantities per customer, household or order.
Shipping and delivery
We ship within the United States only, and orders usually ship within 1–2 business days of payment.
- We do not ship THC products to states or localities where they are prohibited, or to international, locations.
- Every order includes tracking. THC products may require an adult (21+) signature, so packages may be returned if no adult is available to sign.
- You are responsible for giving a complete and correct shipping address. Reshipping costs for incorrect addresses or refused packages may be deducted from any refund.
- Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
- If tracking shows no movement for 7 days or your package arrives damaged, contact us and we will file the carrier claim and send a replacement or refund.

Accounts, reviews and acceptable use
You are responsible for your account and for how you use our site.
- Accounts. Keep your login details private and tell us right away if you think your account has been misused. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Wholesale and retail accounts. Business buyers must provide accurate business and tax information and follow the payment terms on their invoices. Wholesale buyers are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to reselling our products, including age restrictions, and may not make medical claims about them.
- Reviews and submissions. Reviews, photos and comments you post must be honest and lawful. By posting, you give us permission to display and share them. We may remove content at our discretion.
- Prohibited uses. You may not use the site to break the law, commit fraud, buy for a minor, copy or scrape site content, interfere with site security, or post false, harmful or offensive content.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual property
The Wolf Brands name, logos, product names, packaging designs, photos, text and other site content belong to Wolf Brands or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal use, but you may not copy, sell, modify or use our content or trademarks without our written permission.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Our site and products are provided “as is,” and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order involved.
- Disclaimer. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not stated in these terms, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise that the site will always be available or errorfree.
- Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, Wolf Brands is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, a failed drug test, or harm from misuse of our products or use against our warnings.
- Your responsibility. You agree to use our products as directed and to follow all warnings and laws that apply to you.
- Indemnification. You agree to defend and hold harmless Wolf Brands and its owners and employees from claims arising from your violation of these terms or the law, or your misuse of our products.
Some states do not allow certain limits on warranties or liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Anderson County, South Carolina, and you agree to those courts’ jurisdiction.
Before filing any claim, please contact us and give us 30 days to try to resolve it.
Other terms
- Changes. We may update these terms at any time. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site or ordering after a change means you accept the updated terms.
- Severability. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
- Entire agreement. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, are the full agreement between you and Wolf Brands about your use of the site and your purchases.
